How will donations be used?

Donations support the ongoing development and maintenance of this platform, allow more time to be dedicated to building new features and resources, and fund community programs supporting democratic workplaces. Any excess beyond what's needed for sustainable development is reinvested into expanding our reach and supporting community organizations.

Is my donation anonymous?

Yes! Cryptocurrency donations are pseudonymous by default. We cannot see your identity, only the wallet address that sent the donation. If you want to remain completely anonymous, use a privacy-focused wallet. We will never ask for your personal information.

Why don't you use Patreon or similar platforms?

Platforms like Patreon, PayPal, and Stripe all require extensive user tracking and data sharing. They also take 5-12% fees from donations. We chose cryptocurrency to maintain our commitment to privacy, keep 100% of donations, and align with our values of transparency and decentralization.

I don't have crypto and can't donate. Can I still help?

Absolutely! The best way to support this project is to use it, share it with others who might find it valuable, and contribute to our community discussions. Your engagement and feedback are invaluable. When card payment options become available (via Proton's system), we'll let you know!

Can I see how much has been donated?

We're considering adding a transparency dashboard in the future that shows donation totals and how funds are being used. This aligns with our values of transparency. For now, we're focused on building out the core features. Stay tuned!

What if I change my mind about recurring donations?

You have complete control! Simply stop the scheduled sends in your wallet or remove the calendar reminder. There's no subscription to cancel, no account to delete—you just stop sending. No hard feelings, ever.
